M23 Mussette Bag
The mussette bag has been around since WWII. Today, its concept still has value in the tactical application. What makes it a classic design is being able to access it, without needing to take off your gear. Unlike back panels for plate carriers that are designed for use in teams, this bag is meant for using it alone. It has four separate straps, two on the top of the bag and two on the bottom. The top straps are meant to be semi permantently attatched to your chest rigs suspenders or plate carrier. The bottom two straps are meant to be quickly detatchable from the sides of you front armor plate, or from your chest rig. This way you can un-hook the bottom straps and flip the bag over your head to access it.
Lastly, you can even wear it stand alone, which is best done with one inch buckles.
